Benefit from the growth story of a modern industrial company.
The walls of the factory are rising and more than a quarter of the investment in equipment has been collected!
We’ve recently announced the next step in the development of our company. We are in the middle of building our new fully equipped manufacturing facility with the total cost of 5.5 million euros. We’ll be acquiring new equipment, expanding sales to the Scandinavian market and aiming to increase our annual turnover to 10 million euros. By 15th of December, with the support of Fundwise investors, we’ve already raised more than a quarter of the amount planned for equipment investment. Construction of the factory is in full swing, and external walls are already being installed this week!
Our goal is to raise up to 400,000 euros through Fundwise co-financing platform. We offer investors the opportunity to receive a share of dividend income and the increase in the value of the acquired share over time. The first dividend payouts will be made in 2023 from the previous year (2022) earnings. 30% of the pre-tax profits will be paid as dividends in the first year. We want the shares to become freely tradable and see Nasdaq First North as one of the options that could help us to achieve that goal.
What will we invest in? The largest share of the investment is 1.2 million euros for the cost-effective tube laser of Italian origin, which speeds up the manual manufacturing by ten times. In addition, we will be buying a paint line for painting different metal structures. In total, we want to invest 2.84 million euros in new equipment over the course of three years to reduce labor-intensive processes and product cost.
With the last 10 years we’ve become the largest producer and seller of PVC halls in Estonia, but what are our most notable achievements for this time period? During this time, we have sold, produced and built more than 180 PVC halls in Estonia, Finland and Russia. We produce around 50,000 square meters of hall space a year and our sales revenue last year reached astonishing 4.6 million euros, which surpassed our internal forecast. We have a construction factory in Pahkla, Rapla County, where we employ a total of 30 people.
