Par Finest-Hall
Dear investors, friends of FinEst-Hall!
We are preparing for the next step in the development of our company. We are building a new PVC halls factory in Rae Parish, acquiring new equipment, intending to expand sales to the Scandinavian markets and increase the annual turnover to 10 million euros and earn a profit. We invite you to benefit from our growth and invest in our FinEst-Hall Factory.
What do we invest in? The largest share of the investment is in the 1.2 million-tube laser from Italy, which speeds the work up ten times. In addition, we buy a paint line for metal structures. In total, we want to invest 2.84 million euros in equipment over three years to reduce labor-intensive processes and product cost. We also pay a lot of attention to the automation and digitization of production.
Where have we reached as the largest seller of PVC halls in Estonia in ten years? During this time, we have sold and set up more than 180 PVC halls in Estonia, Finland and Russia. We produce about 50,000 square meters of hall a year and our sales revenue last year was 4.6 million euros. We have a construction factory in Pahkla, Rapla County, where we employ a total of 30 people.
FinEst-Hall Factory wants to raise 400,000 euros through Fundwise crowdfunding. We offer investors the opportunity to receive a share of dividend income and the increase in the value of the acquired share over time. The first dividend payments will be made in 2023 for the previous year, 30% of the pre-tax profit will be paid as dividends in the first year. We want the shares to become freely tradable and we see First North as one option.
Invest and benefit from the growth of FinEst-Hall!
